Do you bring your own cleaning products?

For deep, end-of-tenancy, after-builders and one-off cleans your cleaner brings a full professional kit. For regular cleans you choose at booking - use your own products and equipment, or ask us to bring ours. If you prefer specific products or have allergies, tell us when you book.

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

If something's missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free - a return visit to put it right. We don't cash-refund a completed clean, but we will keep coming back until it's done properly.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Most regular and one-off cleans can be booked within 48–72 hours. End-of-tenancy and after-builders jobs are best booked at least a week ahead.

Do you cover my area?

We cover Havering, Barking and Dagenham, and Redbridge - RM1 to RM14, IG1 to IG6, IG8, IG11, E11 and E18. Enter your postcode when booking to confirm.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Yes - for regular cleans we aim to assign a consistent cleaner so you build trust and they learn your preferences.

Is there a minimum booking?

Regular home cleans have a 2-hour minimum. Deep, end-of-tenancy and after-builders cleans are priced by property size.

How should I prepare my home before the clean?

A quick 5-minute tidy helps us do the best job - clear worktops and move clutter off floors so we can reach more surfaces. Lock away valuables, cash, medications and personal documents for your own peace of mind. There's nothing else you need to provide.

Do I need to be home, and how do you get in?

You don't need to be home. Just confirm your access method - key, lockbox code, or someone letting us in - ideally the day before, not the morning of the clean. Any keys or codes you share are handled securely and used only for your clean.

What about parking and pets?

Tell us at booking if we need a permit, bay number or to park on the road, so we can plan the visit. Please secure pets away from the cleaning areas during the visit - for their comfort and our cleaner's safety.

Can I ask you to skip a room or avoid certain products?

Of course. Lock or note any room you'd prefer we don't enter - no explanation needed - and tell us about any products you're allergic to or surfaces (marble, natural stone, antique wood) that need special care. Tell us your priority areas and we'll focus there.

Do you send photos after the clean?

Yes - we send a before-and-after photo report on completion so you have full visibility of the work, even when you're not home. If anything's not right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free.

Do you clean offices or commercial buildings?

Homes, tenancies, Airbnb and short-lets are our core work and can be booked online. Offices and other commercial premises are quoted individually - request a quote and we'll arrange a site visit before agreeing anything in writing.
